The lovable curmudgeon Chef Gordon Ramsay is in 3D and helps you work your way up to a Five Star restaurant and includes recipes you can try at home. Compatible with Windows XP/Vista, the game is free to download. Of course, if you want the unrated version that will set you back $19.95. Next thing you know “Big Brother” and “Survivor” will become games, too.

Toys R Us To Preview Guitar Hero: On Tour

If you are more of the Guitar Hero type than a Virtual Village fanatic then make plans Saturday, June 14 to cram into your nearest Toys R Us with about a gazillion other Nintendo DS owners to witness the preview of the new version of the game, “On Tour.” Between 12:00 and 4:00 p.m., the sneak preview is supposed to include hands on testing before its release June 22. Pre-order and get a “Limited Edition” pick/stylus throne in. We figure, unless you are a really big guy, you have better settle for the sticker, dog tag, and temp tattoo to prove you got in the door.

John LeSieur Zac Browser for Autistic Kids

John LeSieur’s grandson has autism and couldn’t get into computers. Because the man works in software and couldn’t find something already available, he created the Zac Browser, named for the boy. The browser consists of hand-picked free websites such as those with educational games, music, videos, and such images as a virtual aquarium. Extraneous keyboard buttons that would be confusing have been disabled. Not only was it welcomed by Zac, John is offering his program free of charge to other parents of autistic children.
